Altamira Properties recently completed renovations on a beautiful house in the Rose Park area. Although we normally do our work on the east side, we really loved digging into a property in a new area. The property needed a lot of work, but was settled on a nice cozy street near the magnificent Westpointte Park and the Rose Park Golf Course.

After employing the help of our favorite contractor, Jason Jeffries, we nailed down a floor plan to finish the basement and picked out the carpet, paint, cabinets and other accouterments  for the rest of the house. Outside got all fresh paint and the yard was fenced in. Overall, we are really pleased with the way it turned out.

When we listed the house we were overwhelmed by literally dozens of offers within the first 24 hours, and were under contract in a matter of days. Who knew the demand is so high i the area!?! Our buyers are wonderful people and we are sure they will love their new home.
