Well, we are at it again folks, Altamira Properties has just acquired a new property on Louise Avenue in Canyon Rim! We have taken to call this 1950’s rambler style house “Lovely Louise”. Though she has seen a few updates over the years is definitely due for a full overhaul and we think the Altamira touch will be just the thing for Lovely Louise. When we are finished with this house it will be fit for the 21st century, with all of the latest amenities and a tasteful new design and layout.

We excitedly drew up some plans for the house and submitted our application for permits, and though we wasted no time starting the demolition process, we haven’t quite nailed down all of our plans for the house. As of right now, there will for sure be a two car garage, hardwood floors on the whole top floor and a completely new kitchen. There will be two bedrooms up and two down along with 2 and 3/4l baths and a dedicated office/study space.
